WHY SUPPORT THESE FILMS
These films will encourage audiences to see themselves in others, helping them understand, empathize, and even inspire them to join these families’ as they fight to find better treatment options and cures for their children. These films will validate the families’ experiences, giving them an opportunity to heal as well. They will raise awareness for mental health and a variety of medical conditions and show the transformative power of sharing our stories through music. Some will be stories of faith and a testimony to how God's light can break through the strongest storms. In the full length documentary I also plan to show how God weaves our stories together and how music is a pathway to the connection we all seek. Although all of our stories are different, we are connected through the emotions and struggles that underlie them. When we connect with that, we can see ourselves in others. By recognizing the strength and beauty in these families, we can find that same resilience and beauty within ourselves and feel the power of human connection.
HOW FUNDS ARE ALLOCATED
Donations will cover the costs of traveling to families, hotels, and other related costs. Collaborating with artists and musicians. They will help pay for studio time, recording, and the mixing of songs. They will go towards hiring videographers and editors. They will pay for all necessary costs involved in the overall production process.
CURRENT STATUS AND GOALS
We are in the pre production stages and building a full team. During this series we will be sharing behind the scenes footage of Danny and other families’ stories, the process of music creation and production, and will continue supporting all families by sharing their journeys on social media.
